Where do you ship from? 

-All our products are sourced in China and ship directly from our suppliers to our customers. As we work with multiple suppliers, some items in your order may arrive separately. 

 

How long does shipping take?

-Shipping generally takes 8-15 days, but can be delayed as parcels from China have extended transit times. 

 

Do you offer express shipping?

-Not at the moment.

 

I haven't received my order.

-Please wait 30 days, then contact us at hello@capricornsstudios.co. If the parcel has been sent back to us by the carrier (failed delivery/wrong address), you are eligible for a refund or a new parcel. If the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, please file a dispute with the carrier. 

 

I can't find my country on the checkout page?

-Then unfortunately we don't ship to your country at the moment. Please check again later. 

 

I'd like to cancel my order. 

-All sales are final. No order can be cancelled/refunded, unless there's been a mistake on our end or if the parcel has been sent back to us. Please keep this in mind before placing an order. We also can't cancel or refund any orders that are still on their way and have updated tracking information. 

 

My item doesn't fit, can I return it? 

-We don't offer any returns. All sales are final. This is because we ship from China, and returns would be very costly and time-consuming for our customers. Please check the sizing tables before ordering and shoot us an e-mail if you're not sure on which size you need. 

 

Will I have to pay import taxes on my order? 

-U.S.A.: Orders up until $800 value are tax-free.

-E.U.: Yes, as of July 1st import duties will be charged on all international orders. The customer is fully responsible for making sure they're aware of these duties and for paying them. 

-U.K.: Yes, you wil be charged up until 20% as import VAT.  The customer is fully responsible for making sure they're aware of these duties and for paying them. 

-Australia: Imported goods in Australia are charged a 10% GST on the price of products. The customer is fully responsible for making sure they're aware of these duties and for paying them. 

-Other countries: please check before placing your order.
