We do not offer any returns or refunds.

However, if any of your items are damaged, faulty or in bad quality upon arrival, we are more than happy to help you. 

Please send an e-mail to hello@capricornsstudios.co with your name, order number, description of the malfunction and pictures for proof so we can resolve this quickly.

CapricornsStudios reserves the right to refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
