 CapricornsStudios offers free shipping on all orders over $60. Please note that all sales are final and we don't accept and returns/refunds. If you can't find your country when checking out, we unfortunately don’t ship to your location at this time. This is due to high customs fees or extended delivery times. 

Shipping usually takes 8-15 days depending on the destination country, and depending on the amount of orders we're currently experiencing. Please note that some items are still in production when you order them, which is why the shipping can take longer than expected.

As we work with different suppliers, most products aren't shipped together, so if you order multiple items they may arrive separately.

Please note that additional customs fees may apply within the EU. As of July 1 2021, European customers will be charged customs fees on non-European shipments, so customs fees may be charged upon arrival as we ship from China. We are not responsible for these charges, please look up additional information before placing your order.

CapricornsStudios is not responsible for extended shipping times and we are not obligated to refund if shipping takes longer than our normal time frame. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
